About the Role
RisingAssist is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) to oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of person-centered services within our day support program.
The QDDP is responsible for ensuring that each participant’s Individual Service Plan (ISP) is comprehensive, goal-oriented, and aligned with their personal needs, preferences, and developmental goals. This role involves ongoing evaluation of participant progress, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with DBHDS standards.
The QDDP will also provide guidance and training to staff, ensuring consistency in service delivery and adherence to best practices. This role is essential in maintaining program quality, regulatory compliance, and positive participant outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
Experience working with ID/DD population
Knowledge of person-centered planning
Strong documentation and organizational skills
