Health, Wellness, & Daily Support

RisingAssist provides support to maintain and improve participants’ overall health, safety, and daily functioning.

Services may include:

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, toileting, and mobility

• Medication administration, as needed and in accordance with Virginia regulations and physician orders

• Ongoing observation of general health status and reporting of changes to appropriate parties

• Support with maintaining proper nutrition, hydration, and daily routines

Services are provided within staff scope of practice and in compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
