RisingAssist supports individuals in accessing and participating in their community in a safe and meaningful way.

Services may include:

• Supervised community outings (e.g., parks, libraries, recreational settings)

• Support with navigating community environments

• Practice of appropriate social behaviors in public settings

• Opportunities to engage in community-based activities aligned with personal interests
